François Pelletier is a Quebec based guitarist and singer who has received significant exposure in Quebec, but not so much in ROC.  That should change.  Below is a brief 40 second sample of his guitar work, as witnessed on his VIA Rail concert.  Conditions were not conducive to making a very good recording, so a much more professional and enjoyable youtube video is provided below.  In the second video, François is seen as one half of the duo, Astheur.
